　　抗坏血酸(又名维生素C)：白色或微黄色结晶或结晶性粉末：无臭、味酸;久置色渐变微黄;水溶液显酸性反应。本品熔点为190~192℃，熔融时同时分解。本品在水中易溶、在乙醇中略溶，不溶于三氯甲烷、乙醚。
